In the era of artificial intelligence, diplomats are required to be well equipped with ICT knowledge and know-know besides their diplomatic skills. NIDIR is to be equipped with modern IT and electronic equipment so that it can keep with the increasingly digitalized knowledge database. NIDIR sets up ICT laboratory and Language Laboratory for training our Cambodian diplomats and other civil servants who involve in international cooperation in the 21st century diplomacy.
