Do you want to validate your level of European languages with an internationally recognized certificate?
The National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations is now offering the FEDE Test (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese) for the FEDE Modern European Languages Certificate issued by the FEDE (Fédération Européenne Des Écoles), a network with more than 500 higher education institutions worldwide and located in 40 countries.
FEDE is officially recognized by the IFEF (Institut de la Francophonie pour l'Education et la Formation) of the OIF (Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie).
The FEDE Language Certificate is in accordance with the CEFR (Common Framework for Reference for Languages) of the Council of Europe.
The National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations is the only officially recognized FEDE test center in Cambodia.
The FEDE Language Certificate is a valuable asset for students and workers who wish to add value to their European language skills in their resumes or in their careers in general. The FEDE Language Test will assess your level of knowledge in four areas: listening and writing, conversation, and reading comprehension.

- Test registration from May 30 to June 10, 2022
- Test session on June 20, 2022
Prepare for the test with the FEDE preparation course!
- A total of 30 hours
- Linguistic reinforcement, mock tests, past test papers, test tips and advices, etc.
- 3 sessions per year (weekdays or Saturdays)
