Overview

As a newly established organization in the age of increasing globalized world, NIDIR needs to forge partnership with national and international institutions. NIDIR will give priority to international cooperation through partnerships with national and international institutions as well as development partners in order to strengthen the quality of training and research on the foreign affairs and international cooperation.

These activities will contribute to supporting the realization of NIDIR's three priorities such as visibility, credibility and partnership in its initial operation, particularly the mission and vision of the Institute in the long term.

As part of its external relations to build its institutional capacity and sustain its start-up operation to further strengthen Cambodian diplomats’ and MFAIC officials’ capacity, NIDIR will build partnerships with national institutions and other similar institutions across the region and beyond through signing of MoU which will promote the following activities:

Exchange of information and expertise related to programs of study and research, various courses, seminars, as well as other academic activities and training,

Support the exchange of contacts and students, diplomats, academics, officials, experts and researchers,

Studies, research and exchange of national and international specialize information in fields of mutual interests,

Exchange of information and points of views regarding directives and international development on training, research and studies in diplomacy and participation in international meetings at academic and research institutions and private sector related to diplomacy.
